These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AgentBridgeTech (“AgentBridge”, “we”, “our”, “us”) products and services, including our website, custom AI agents, demo bots, and integrations such as Messenger chatbots (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services. By using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use AgentBridgeTech Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Misuse or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services
• Attempt to access unauthorized data or accounts
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on any third-party rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized use or security breach, notify us immediately at support@agentbridge.tech.

4. Customer Content and AI Agent Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload, including files used to train your custom AI agent. By uploading content, you grant AgentBridge a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use the data solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use, share, and upload all data you provide.

5. Service Plans and Usage Limits

We offer free and paid subscription plans with varying limits (e.g., number of agents, file uploads, integrations). Usage of Services must remain within the limits of your current plan.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend usage that exceeds plan limits or abuses the system.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments for paid plans are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Downgrading your plan may affect access to certain features or data.

7. Third-Party Integrations

If you use AgentBridgeTech via platforms such as Facebook Messenger or connect third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Google Drive), you agree to comply with their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content associated with AgentBridgeTech are the property of AgentBridge or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written consent.

We do not claim ownership over your uploaded content.

9. Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or create legal risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific needs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentBridgeTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits, arising out of the use or inability to use our Services.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
